CANCELLATION POLICY

Some tours are unique and require special reservation and cancellation policies. Unless indicated on the tour flyer, the following policy will apply.

If the Tour is cancelled by Frontier, a full refund will be made.

If the passenger cancels:
A
full refund less any non refundable admissions/tickets will be made if the passenger cancels up to 31days prior to the trip.

  • If the passenger cancels 30 days to 15 days prior to the trip date, a full refund less a $10 service charge and any non refundable admissions/tickets will be made.
  • If the passenger cancels 14 days to and including the day of the trip, there will be no refund.
  • No refunds will be made in the event the passenger misses the bus, “no shows”, or leaves the tour before the tour concludes.
  • No refunds for unused portions by the passenger of the tour included activities.
  • No fees will be charged if the passenger resells their ticket to another passenger and notifies Frontier in advance so the manifest can be adjusted.
  • Any refunds will be mailed directly to the passenger and credit card refunds will be processed as expediently as possible. Expect a minimum of 14 days before receipt of check.
